GrooveVideo has improved leaps and bounds and you can embed your videos on any web page (not just on GroovePages and GrooveMember).

You can even change the colour of video control player and change it to your own brand color rather than using Groove’s pink color.

I did not like the fact that it does not have any integration features. So for the time being you will have to copy the embed code and paste it on the embed element.

Remember that Groove is still in beta mode and they are constantly updating to make sure they are up to date with the customer’s demand.

They are also planning to add a feature where you can trigger action based on viewers behaviour, such as viewing all parts of a video.

Besides that you are also saving 100GB on video hosting in the lifetime plan instead of using Vimeo or Wistia.

I have personally used Shopify and I must say that Groovekart will take little bit more time to get used to it. This is because Groovekart has more features than Shopify. Unlike Shopify this is not so much newbie friendly. But it’s good for your business, if you can give just a bit more time to GrooveKart, it will work magic.

And if you are experienced in print on demand and drop-shipping then you are going to absolutely enjoy using Groovekart as you can create customizable product pages for higher conversion.

And as I told they have got many more useful apps that you will normally have to pay separately on Shopify to get them. So here also you are having tons with GrooveKart.

I would use GrooveKart to test and validate new products, especially when you are drop-shipping or using print on demand product without having to make any changes to your Shopify or eCom store.

GrooveKart has gone through many iterations and updates and you can expect the future updates to be similar to Shopify.

If your website is on WordPress with high domain authority and have lost of posts and pages ranking on google and lots of backlinks then I would suggest you to keep using WordPress. If not switching to GrooveBlog will be better idea as soon as possible.

I would use GrooveBlog and GroovePages to start fresh blogs on smaller niche sites and keep using WordPress for older established websites.
